在传统无刷直流电机电流采样技术中,功率管开、关导致的尖峰电流信号和分立元件温漂常会使采样结果产生误差。为解决这一问题,基于以STM32单片机为控制核心的无刷直流电机,提出了一种在PWM脉冲中点采样电流的方案。实验结果表明,这一方案不仅软硬件易于实现,而且还可以提高无刷直流电机电流采样的精度。 |

In the traditional current sampling technology of Brushless DC motor, the peak current signal caused by power tube on and off and the temperature drift of discrete components often cause errors in the sampling results. In order to solve this problem, based on the brushless DC motor with STM32 single chip microcomputer as the control core, a scheme of sampling current at the midpoint of PWM pulse is proposed. The experimental results show that this scheme is not only easy to implement in software and hardware, but also can improve the current sampling accuracy of Brushless DC motor. |
