      某电厂超超临界塔式锅炉S30432末级过热器发生泄漏,采用宏观检查、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相组织检验、扫描电镜等方法对泄漏管样进行检查与分析。结果表明: S30432末级过热器因短时过热导致末级过热器管子组织出现蠕变孔洞,并在晶界扩展成裂纹,造成末级过热器爆管。
英文摘要:
      The final superheater of the ultra supercritical tower boiler S30432 in a power plant was leaked. The leakage tube sample was checked and analyzed by means of macroscopic inspection, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic examination and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the creep holes in the tube structure of the final superheater are caused by the short-time superheater of S30432, and cracks are formed at the grain boundary, which leads to the tube burst of the last superheater.
