以重卡轮毂轴承单元为研究对象,确定温度场分析的边界条件,建立重卡轮毂轴承单元与制动鼓的传热模型,利用Ansys Workbench有限元软件对重卡轮毂轴承单元进行温度场分析,得到重卡轮毂轴承在不同径向载荷和转速工况下的温度分布特征以及紧急制动、重复制动、持续制动3种工况下制动鼓对重卡轮毂轴承最高温度的影响。结果表明,重卡轮毂轴承最高温度随轴承径向载荷、转速的增大而升高,且转速的影响更为显著;3种制动工况都会对重卡轮毂轴承温度产生一定影响,但重复制动与持续制动工况对制动鼓与重卡轮毂轴承的最高温度影响显著。 |

Taking the heavy truck hub bearing unit as the research object, the boundary conditions of temperature field analysis are determined, and the heat transfer model between heavy truck hub bearing unit and brake drum is established. Ansys Workbench finite element software was used to analyze the temperature field of hub bearing unit of heavy truck, and the temperature distribution characteristics of hub bearing under different radial load and speed conditions were obtained, as well as the influence of brake drum on the maximum temperature of hub bearing of heavy truck under three working conditions of emergency braking, repeated braking and continuous braking. The results show that the maximum temperature of heavy truck hub bearing increases with the increase of bearing radial load and rotating speed, and the influence of rotating speed is more significant. The three braking conditions will have a certain impact on the temperature of heavy truck hub bearing, but the conditions of repeated braking and continuous braking have a significant impact on the maximum temperature of brake drum and heavy truck hub bearing. |
