In order to reduce the overwintering weight loss of Carassius auratus, six experimental feeds were prepared: Ⅰ(P20, F10), Ⅱ(P20, F15), Ⅲ(P20, F20), Ⅳ(P25, F10), Ⅴ(P25, F15) and Ⅵ(P25, F20). Carassius auratus was fed from November 1, 2020 to May 1 of the next year, and commercial feed CON (P32, F7) was used as control. The results showed that from November 1, 2020 to April 1 of the next year, the weight of Carassius auratus in each group decreased month by month, the weight loss of the six experimental feed groups was less than that of the control group, and the weight loss rate of feed Ⅲ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ groups was significantly lower than that of other groups. After April 1, the weight of Carassius auratus in each group began to rise. The weight gain rate of CON group was the highest, and the weight gain rate of Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ groups was significantly higher than that of Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ groups. The gonad index of Carassius auratus in each group increased month by month. The gonad index of the six experimental feed groups was lower than that of the control group, and the gonad index of feed Ⅲ group was the lowest. |
