| 加强建筑企业物资采购管理，科学合理地评估采购管理绩效，对于保证工期、提高质量、降低成本、增加企业效益起着非常重要的作用。根据建筑企业物资采购的特点，修改了早期运用平衡计分卡进行企业绩效和采购绩效评价的指标；运用平衡计分卡，结合模糊层次分析法构建建筑企业物资采购绩效评价体系。 |

| Strengthening the material procurement management of construction enterprises and evaluating the procurement management performance scientifically and reasonably play a very important role in ensuring the construction period, improving quality, reducing costs and increasing enterprise benefits. According to the characteristics of material procurement in construction enterprises, the indicators of enterprise performance and procurement performance evaluation using the Balanced Scorecard in the early stage are modified. The Balanced Scorecard and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process are used to construct the performance evaluation system of material procurement in construction enterprises. |
