针对传统均衡电路存在单向转移、均衡效率低的情况,设计了一种基于混合拓扑的电动汽车锂电池环形均衡器,实现了能量在相邻单体电池及首尾电池之间的双向环式转移。通过图论法以及概率论对均衡结构进行分析,结果表明基于混合拓扑的环形均衡器具有能量传输路径少、传输效率高的优点;最后通过MATLAB/Simulink电力仿真平台对两种均衡电路进行仿真验证,结果表明,在5节锂电池单元串联的情况下,基于混合拓扑的环形均衡电路比传统的Buck-Boost均衡电路速度提高了28.49%、均衡效率提高7.37%。 |

In view of the unidirectional transfer and low equalization efficiency of the traditional equalization circuit, a hybrid topology based lithium battery ring equalizer for electric vehicles is designed, which realizes the bidirectional ring transfer of energy between adjacent single batteries and head and tail batteries. The equilibrium structure is analyzed by graph theory and probability theory. The results show that the ring equalizer based on hybrid topology has the advantages of less energy transmission paths and high transmission efficiency. Finally, the two equalization circuits are simulated and verified by MATLAB/Simulink power simulation platform. The results show that when five lithium battery cells are connected in series, the speed of the ring equalization circuit based on hybrid topology is 28.5% higher than that of the traditional Buck-Boost equalization circuit, and the equalization efficiency is 7.37%. |
