为确定采用秸秆排水体进行真空负压脱水处理高含水率吹填淤泥时的通水能力是否达到要求,对秸秆排水体的通水能力及变形特性进行研究,探讨降解、压力等因素对秸秆排水体力学特性的影响。结果表明:秸秆排水体的排水能力与所受围压大小及降解时间相关,且随围压的增大及降解时间的增加而降低。此外,在加卸载过程中秸秆排水体会发生显著的变形,属于弹塑性变形体;随着围压的增加及降解时间的增加,秸秆排水体塑性变形逐渐减小,弹性降低。 |

In order to determine whether the water carrying capacity of straw drainage body for vacuum and negative pressure dehydration treatment of high moisture content hydraulic fill sludge meets the requirements, the water carrying capacity and deformation characteristics of straw drainage body were studied, and the effects of degradation, pressure and other factors on the mechanical properties of straw drainage body were discussed. The results showed that the drainage capacity of straw drainage body was related to the confining pressure and degradation time, and decreased with the increase of confining pressure and degradation time. In addition, during the process of loading and unloading, straw drainage will undergo significant deformation, which belongs to elastic-plastic deformation body. With the increase of confining pressure and degradation time, the plastic deformation and elasticity of straw drainage body decreased gradually. |
