水平排水板(PHD)真空预压法处理高含水率疏浚淤泥具有良好的加固效果,通过开展室内模型试验,对PHD真空预压处理疏浚淤泥的效果进行研究分析。试验表明水平排水板处理疏浚淤泥时能够有效避免板材弯折变形的情况,确保真空的传递效果,使土体变形较为均匀;真空预压过程中,排水板内各处的真空度数值较为密集、衰减较小;处理后排水板周边土体含水率由166.1%降至60%左右,强度最大为20.5 kPa,土体固结效果较好。 |

The vacuum preloading method of horizontal drainage plate (PHD) has a good reinforcement effect in the treatment of high moisture content dredged sludge.Through the indoor model test, the effect of PHD vacuum preloading in the treatment of dredged sludge was studied and analyzed. The test shows that the horizontal drainage plate can effectively avoid the bending deformation of the plate in the treatment of dredged sludge, ensure the vacuum transfer effect, and make the soil deformation more uniform. In the process of vacuum preloading, the value of vacuum degree in the drainage plate is denser and less attenuated. After treatment, the moisture content of soil around the drainage plate decreased from 166.1 % to about 60 %, and the maximum strength was 20.5 kPa. The soil consolidation effect was good. |
