| 针对当前汽车覆盖件曲面造型和质量检查现状，以某概念设计赛车导流板曲面为例，在三维产品设计装配环境下，研究了反射分析法在曲面质量检查评价中的应用，通过反射线法不同布局形式的图像反射对比分析曲面质量，并从反射线组形态和分布状态实现了曲面的连续性和光滑性的快速判断，减轻了分析难度，提高了工作效率，也为整车其他技术分析提供参考依据。 |

| In view of the current situation of surface modeling and quality inspection of automobile panels, the paper take the deflector surface of a conceptual design racing car as an example, under the three-dimensional product design and assembly environment, the application of reflection analysis method in surface quality inspection and evaluation is studied. The surface quality is compared and analyzed through the image reflection of different layout forms of the reflection line method, and the continuity and smoothness of the surface are quickly judged from the shape and distribution of the reflection line group. It reduces the difficulty of analysis and improves the work efficiency. It also provides theoretical evidence for other technical analysis. |
