激光无线电能传输(LPT)技术既具有能量密度高、设备体积小等优点,又具有传输效率偏低的不足。针对激光无线电能传输系统中光伏阵列的光电转换效率低这一问题,从光伏阵列的电气连接结构、高斯激光能量分布简化模型入手,得出激光辐照下光伏阵列GMPP的分布规律,并用改进的恒定电压法完成最大功率点的追踪,最后在MATLAB/Simulink中对GMPP的分布规律和改进的恒定电压法完成最大功率追踪进行仿真验证。结果表明,激光辐照下改进恒定电压法0.07 s完成了光伏阵列最大功率点追踪,并且不会因陷入局部极值点而失效。 |

Laser wireless power transmission (LPT) technology not only has the advantages of high energy density and small equipment size, but also has the disadvantage of low transmission efficiency. Aiming at the problem of low photoelectric conversion efficiency of photovoltaic arrays in laser wireless power transmission systems, this paper starts with the electrical connection structure of photovoltaic arrays and the simplified model of Gaussian laser energy distribution, and obtains the distribution law of photovoltaic array GMPP under laser irradiation. And the improved constant voltage method is used to track the maximum power point. Finally, the distribution law of GMPP and the improved constant voltage method to track the maximum power point are simulated and verified in MATLAB/Simulink. The results show that the improved constant voltage method completes the maximum power point tracking of photovoltaic array in 0.07 s under laser irradiation, and will not fall into the local extreme point and fail. |
