      条纹投影轮廓术中的双频外差法被广泛用于相位解包,为了解决双频外差解包时频率选择的苛刻条件,提出正交相移的多频外差结合相位编码的相位解包方法。使用5帧正弦条纹图提取两种频率的包裹相位,对这两个包裹相位进行外差得到一个新的包裹相位;使用相位编码对外差后得到的包裹相位进行相位解包,并根据解包的外差相位作相位展开。仿真结果表明:正交相移的多频外差结合相位编码的相位解包方法不仅能够正确解包相位,而且频率可以任意选择,投影的条纹图更少,速度更快,能够实现对目标物体的高精度测量;另外,相比现有的解包方法,还不用满足外差相位需要覆盖整个视场范围的要求。
英文摘要:
      The dual frequency heterodyne is widely used for phase unwrapping in fringe projection profilometry. In order to solve the harsh conditions of frequency selection when dual frequency heterodyne unwrapping, a phase unwrapping method based on orthogonal phase shifted multi frequency heterodyne combined with phase encoding is proposed. In this method, five-frame sinusoidal fringe pattern is used to extract the wrapping phase of two frequencies, and a new wrapping phase is obtained by heterodyne between the two wrapping phases. Phase encoding is used to unwrap the wrapped phase obtained after heterodyne, and phase unwrapping is performed according to the unwrapped heterodyne phase. The simulation results show that the phase unwrapping method of multi-frequency heterodyne combined with phase encoding can not only unwrapping the phase correctly, but also can choose the frequency arbitrarily. The projected fringe pattern is less, the speed is faster, and the target object can be measured with high precision. In addition, compared with the existing phase unwrapping methods, it is not necessary to meet the requirement that the heterodyne phase needs to cover the entire field of view.
