      为探究沿海滩涂池塘工业化模式下适宜的大口黑鲈养殖密度,以初始体重(8. 23±0. 10) g的大口黑鲈为研究对象,设置SD1组(10 000尾/槽,45尾/m3)、SD2组(20 000尾/槽,91尾/m3)和SD3组(30 000尾/槽,136尾/m3)等3个组别,每组3个重复。饲养60 d后,SD3高密度组大口黑鲈的末体重、鱼体增重、特定生长率等3个生长性能指标显著下降(P<;0. 05);血清T-SOD、CAT、GPX、LZM、T-AOC活性显著下降,MDA含量显著上升(P<;0. 05)。结果表明,高密度养殖可能会降低大口黑鲈的生长和抗氧化性能。因此,从鱼体生长、血清抗氧化性能等方面考虑,建议沿海滩涂池塘工业化养殖条件下适宜养殖密度为20 000尾/槽,91尾/m3。

      In order to explore the suitable culture density of Micropterus salmoides under the industrialization mode of coastal tidal flat ponds, the Micropterus salmoides with an initial weight of (8. 23 ± 0. 10) g was taken as the research object, and three groups including SD1 group (10 000 tail/tank, 45 tail/m3), SD2 group (20 000 tail/tank, 91 tail/m3) and SD3 group (30 000 tail / tank, 136 tail/m3) were set up respectively, with three replicates in each group. The results showed that, after 60 days of feeding, The final body weight, body weight gain and specific growth rate of Micropterus salmoides in SD3 high density group were significantly decreased (P< 0. 05). The activities of serum T-SOD, CAT, GPX, LZM and T-AOC decreased significantly, while the content of MDA increased significantly (P< 0. 05). The results showed that high density culture might reduce the growth and antioxidant capacity of Micropterus salmoides. Therefore, from the aspects of fish body growth, serum antioxidant performance, it is suggested that the suitable culture density under the conditions of industrial culture in coastal beach ponds is 20 000 tails/tank and 91 tails/m3.
