In order to explore the suitable culture density of Micropterus salmoides under the industrialization mode of coastal tidal flat ponds, the Micropterus salmoides with an initial weight of (8. 23 ± 0. 10) g was taken as the research object, and three groups including SD1 group (10 000 tail/tank, 45 tail/m3), SD2 group (20 000 tail/tank, 91 tail/m3) and SD3 group (30 000 tail / tank, 136 tail/m3) were set up respectively, with three replicates in each group. The results showed that, after 60 days of feeding, The final body weight, body weight gain and specific growth rate of Micropterus salmoides in SD3 high density group were significantly decreased (P< 0. 05). The activities of serum T-SOD, CAT, GPX, LZM and T-AOC decreased significantly, while the content of MDA increased significantly (P< 0. 05). The results showed that high density culture might reduce the growth and antioxidant capacity of Micropterus salmoides. Therefore, from the aspects of fish body growth, serum antioxidant performance, it is suggested that the suitable culture density under the conditions of industrial culture in coastal beach ponds is 20 000 tails/tank and 91 tails/m3. |
