P92钢合金含量高、淬硬倾向大,焊接时熔池黏度大、流动性差,焊接工艺控制不当,容易出现未熔合、裂纹等微小缺陷。使用常规超声检测时,此类缺陷反射能量比较低,单从波形和能量上判断,容易出现漏检或误判。通过对P92钢对接焊缝超声波检测及焊缝缺陷部位解剖,提出了P92钢细小缺陷的有效检出方法,在常规超声难以分辨和判定其性质时,增加衍射时差法超声检测(TOFD)和相控阵检测,能有效避免对微小裂纹等危害性缺陷的漏检或误判。同时,分析了P92钢焊缝微小裂纹的成因,并提出了相应的解决措施,可有效提升管道焊接质量。 |

P92 steel has high alloy content, high hardening tendency, high viscosity and poor fluidity of the molten pool during welding, improper welding process control, and is prone to minor defects such as lack of fusion and cracks. When conventional ultrasonic testing is used, the reflected energy of such defects is relatively low, which is easy to be missed or misjudged only from the waveform and energy. Through ultrasonic testing of P92 steel butt welds and dissection of weld defects, an effective detection method for P92 steel small defects is proposed. When it is difficult to distinguish and judge its nature by conventional ultrasonic testing, the addition of time of flight diffraction ultrasonic testing (TOFD) and phased array testing can effectively avoid missing or misjudging harmful defects such as small cracks. At the same time, the causes of micro cracks in P92 steel welds are analyzed, and corresponding solutions are proposed, which can effectively improve the quality of pipeline welding. |
