基于计算流体动力学方法,对不同来流风速和风向情况下带女儿墙的多跨钢结构厂房周围的风压、风速和湍流特征进行计算分析。结果表明: (1)厂房对风压的影响范围为厂房上风向约50 m、下风向80~200 m;(2)厂房后方40 m以下的风速廓线都受到厂房的明显影响,这种影响会延续到厂房下游600 m左右;(3)不同风向情况下厂房四周墙面风荷载的数值仿真结果差异很大,其中,风向角为0°和180°时的仿真结果与按照规范计算所得的结果基本一致。最后,根据厂房屋面压力的数值仿真结果给出了更为简单有效的带女儿墙的多跨厂房屋面分区方式。 |

Based on the computational fluid dynamics method, this paper calculates and analyzes the wind pressure, wind speedand turbulence around the multi span steel structure factory buildings with parapet under different incoming wind speed and wind direction. The results show that: (1) the wind pressure influence range of the factory building is about 50 meters in the upwind direction and 80~200 m in the downwind direction; (2) the wind speed profile behind the plant is significantly affected below 40 meters, and this impact will continue to about 500 m downstream of the factory building; (3) the wind load results of the factory building under different wind directions are very different, when the wind direction angle is 0° and 180°, the simulation results are basically consistent with those calculated according to the specifications. . Finally, according to the numerical simulation results of the roof pressure of the factory building, a more simple and effective roof partition method of multi span factory building with parapet is given. |
