      通过研究不同钢纤维掺量高性能混凝土的热工性能,探讨其作为墙体材料的可行性。首先通过试验测得不同钢纤维掺量高性能混凝土的导热系数;然后以不同钢纤维掺量高性能混凝土作为结构层,硬泡聚氨酯作为保温层,设计新型保温复合墙板,建立有限元模型,分析该复合墙板在夏季和冬季的极端温度下,由热传导引起的温度场分布和墙体的应力应变情况。研究结果表明: 复合墙板具有较好的保温性能;不同温度情况下,最大应力都出现在墙体四周位置,结构层采用高性能混凝土的复合墙板适用于温度变化无常等恶劣环境。

      In this paper, the thermal performance of high-performance concrete with different steel fiber content is studied, and the feasibility of this high-performance concrete material as wall material is discussed. Firstly, the thermal conductivity of high performance concrete with different steel fiber content is measured by experiment. Then, a new thermal insulation composite wallboard is designed with high performance concrete with different steel fiber content as the structural layer and rigid polyurethane as the thermal insulation layer, and a finite element model is established to analyze the temperature field distribution and stress and strain of the composite wallboard caused by heat conduction under extreme temperatures in summer and winter. The results show that the composite wallboard has good thermal insulation performance. Under different temperatures, the maximum stress appears around the wall, and the composite wallboard with high performance concrete in the structural layer is suitable for harsh environments such as temperature change.
