采用自主设计的摩擦试验机,研究在边界润滑条件下不同载荷对7075铝合金板料摩擦系数的影响,利用 ORIGIN拟合软件建立基于载荷摩擦系数的变载荷摩擦模型,结合ABAQUS有限元仿真和实际冲压试验,验证所建模型的有效性。研究结果表明: 在2~6 N范围内,随着载荷的增加,7075铝合金板料摩擦系数逐渐减小,表面划痕数量和宽度增加,犁沟磨损越发显著;基于变载荷摩擦模型仿真模拟锥形件的厚度更接近于实际冲压锥形件的厚度,验证了该摩擦模型的有效性。 |

A self-designed friction testing machine was used to study the influence of different loads on the friction coefficient of 7075 aluminum alloy sheet under boundary lubrication conditions. A variable load friction model based on the load friction coefficient was established by using ORIGIN fitting software. The effectiveness of the model was verified by combining ABAQUS finite element simulation and actual stamping test. The research results indicate that within the range of 2 N to 6 N, with the increase of load, the friction coefficient of 7075 aluminum alloy sheet gradually decreases, the number and width of surface scratches increase, and the furrow wear becomes more significant. The thickness of the simulated conical parts based on the friction model with variable load is closer to the thickness of the actual pressed conical parts, and the validity of the friction model is verified. |
