以直线型调节阀为研究对象,以阀芯型面设计相关参数为设计变量,以流量系数负值和流阻系数最小为目标,以阀芯型面设计要求和机构尺寸等为约束条件,构建多目标优化模型,运用线性加权权重法将多目标优化问题转化成单目标优化问题,利用Lingo优化软件求解,从而得到阀芯型面设计相关参数。 |

Taking the linear regulating valve as the research object, with the parameters related to the valve core surface design as the design variables, the negative flow coefficient and the minimum flow resistance coefficient as the goals, and the design requirements and mechanism size of the valve core surface as constraints, a multi-objective optimization model is constructed. The linear weighted weight method is used to transform the multi-objective optimization problem into a single objective optimization problem, and the Lingo optimization software is used to solve the problem, thus obtaining the parameters related to the valve core surface design. |
