      使用连续激光对2 mm厚的锆基非晶合金板材进行焊接,在相同的焊接功率、焊接速度下使用不同的冷却条件制备焊接件试样,对试样焊接接头的微观组织和力学性能进行探究。研究结果表明,随着冷却夹具温度的降低,焊接接头热影响区范围逐步减小;冷却夹具温度为10 ℃时,焊接接头力学性能最佳;冷却夹具温度为-30 ℃时,焊接接头的晶化率最低。通过显微硬度检测发现,各试样的显微硬度差距不大,热影响区的平均硬度为525 HV0. 2,母材平均硬度为470 HV0. 2,熔化区的平均硬度为490 HV0. 2。
英文摘要:
      Zr-based amorphous alloy plates with a thickness of 2 mm were welded by continuous laser. Welded samples were prepared under different cooling conditions at the same welding power and welding speed, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints of the samples were investigated. The results showed that the range of heat affected zone of welded joint decreased gradually with the decrease of cooling fixture temperature. When the temperature of cooling fixture was 10 ℃, the mechanical properties of welded joint were the best. When the temperature of cooling fixture was -30 ℃, the crystallization rate of welded joint was the lowest. Through microhardness testing, it was found that the microhardness of each sample did not differ significantly. The average hardness of the heat affected zone was approximately 525 HV0. 2, the average hardness of the base material was 470 HV0. 2, and the average hardness of the melting zone was approximately 490 HV0. 2.
