为研究双向潜水式贯流泵装置的能量特性,以扬州闸泵站中的后置式潜水贯流泵为原型泵构建模型泵。通过对模型泵在多工况下的能量进行测量与对比,发现后置式潜水贯流泵装置最高效率始终比前置式潜水贯流泵的最高效率高,且前置式潜水贯流泵模型泵装置在叶片安放角为0°、流量295. 94 L/s、扬程3. 537 m时达到最高效率77. 39%,后置式潜水贯流泵模型泵装置在叶片安放角为+2°、流量314. 86 L/s、扬程3. 594 m时达到最高效率78. 86%。 |

In order to study the energy characteristics of bi-directional submersible tubular pump device, a model pump was built with the rear submersible tubular pump in Yangzhou Sluice Pumping Station as the prototype pump. By measuring and comparing the energy of the model pump under various working conditions, it is found that the highest efficiency of the rear submersible tubular pump device is always higher than that of the front submersible tubular pump device, and the front submersible tubular pump device reaches the highest efficiency of 77. 39% when the blade placement angle is 0°, the flow rate is 295. 94 L/s and the head is 3. 537 m, while the rear submersible tubular pump device reaches the highest efficiency of 78. 86% when the blade placement angle is +2°, the flow rate was 314. 86 L/s, and the head was 3. 594 m. |
