| A new type of gearbox gear oil mixing test bench was designed and constructed to study the oil mixing loss of immersed lubrication gearboxes under different working conditions. By installing a diaphragm in the box body and changing the internal geometry of the gearbox, the gear oil mixing loss of the gearbox was analyzed under the combined action of oil immersion depth at different positions, different gear speeds and diaphragm, and the conclusion was as follows: the gear oil mixing loss of the driving wheel can be reduced by 17. 12% when the speed was 2 200 r/min and installing a diaphragm at position H4. |
