In view of the problems of low automation, long design cycle, poor interactivity, high rework rate and low production efficiency in the current gear transmission shaft production line, by introducing the design concept of digital factory, the digital factory framework of transmission shaft production line is established from three levels: model layer, connection layer and control layer, and the overall layout design, process simulation and virtual debugging are carried out, and finally the application verification is carried out. The results show that the effective combination of process simulation and PLC logic control can not only avoid the possible risk points in the debugging process in advance, but also effectively solve many problems existing in the traditional serial design of gear transmission shaft production line, reduce the work intensity of designers, shorten the time of process planning and production line layout, and significantly improve the design efficiency and automation degree of gear transmission shaft production line. |
