      为了提高餐饮油烟颗粒物捕集效率,设计了异向旋转叶片盘离心分离装置,并通过Fluent软件模拟仿真计算及实验验证,研究油烟颗粒物浓度、叶片盘转速和叶片盘结构参数对颗粒物分离效率的影响。仿真模拟表明: 内圈叶片数量为36片、倾角为27°,外圈叶片数量为76片、倾角为14°,中间轮毂直径为102 mm的双圈叶片盘为最优结构。实验结果表明: 在气流速度为3. 68 m/s的工况下,当最优结构的叶片盘转速为1 800 r/min时,单层旋转叶片盘对颗粒物的捕集效率为65. 36%;当双层叶片盘间距为60 mm、转速均为1 800 r/min时,双层异向旋转叶片盘对颗粒物的捕集效率为82. 53%。

      In order to improve the capture efficiency of catering lampblack particles, a centrifugal separation device with opposite rotating blade discs has been designed. Through Fluent software simulation calculation and experimental verification, the influence of the concentration of lampblack particles, the blade disk speed and the structural parameters of the blade disk on the particle separation efficiency is studied. The simulation shows that the number of inner ring blades is 36, the inclination is 27°, the outer ring blades is 76, the inclination is 14°, and the double ring blades disk with a diameter of 102 mm is the optimal structure. The experimental results show that under the airflow speed of 3. 68 m/s, when the rotation speed of the optimal structure is 1 800 r/min, the collection efficiency of single-layer rotating blade disk for particulate matter is 65. 36%; when the spacing of double-layer blade disk is 60 mm and the rotation speed is 1 800 r/min, the collection efficiency of double -layer rotating blade disk for particulate matter is 82. 53%.
