针对退役风电叶片传统填埋、焚烧处理方式的局限性,以及常见回收技术中热回收和化学回收皆因回收成本和技术问题无法实现产业化回收利用的问题,简述了国内外风电产业发展与退役风电叶片回收利用技术,重点综述了目前主流的机械回收技术,总结分析了各类机械回收技术及应用领域的优缺点,最后展望了机械回收的发展趋势,提出退役风电叶片的梯次利用是机械回收批量化利用技术重要的研究方向。 |

In view of the limitations of the traditional landfill and incineration treatment methods of retired wind turbine blades, as well as the problem that thermal recovery and chemical recovery in common recovery technologies cannot be industrialized due to the cost and technical problems of recycling, this paper briefly describes the development of wind power industry and the recycling technology of retired wind turbine blades at home and abroad, focuses on the current mainstream mechanical recycling technology, summarizes and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various mechanical recycling technologies and application fields, and finally looks forward to the development trend of mechanical recycling. It is proposed that the cascade utilization of retired wind turbine blades is an important research direction of mechanical recycling and batch utilization technology. |
