相位计算作为条纹投影轮廓术关键技术之一,对重构精度有重要影响。针对系统的非线性影响导致相位信息存在非线性误差,以及传统的双N步相移法虽能有效校正误差,但测量效率较低的情况,提出基于希尔伯特变换的误差校正方法。该方法通过希尔伯特变换将原有的加性相位误差转化为乘性相位误差,在相位计算时可以实现误差抵消;同时该方法只需一组投影条纹图像便可校正误差,在保证测量精度的同时,提高了测量效率。 |

Phase calculation, as one of the key technologies in fringe projection profilometry, has a significant impact on reconstruction accuracy. To address the nonlinear errors in phase information caused by the nonlinear effects of the system, as well as the low measurement efficiency of traditional double N-step phase-shifting methods despite their effective error correction capabilities, a Hilbert transform-based error correction method is proposed. This method converts the original additive phase error into a multiplicative phase error through the Hilbert transform, enabling error cancellation during phase calculation. Additionally, the approach requires only a single set of projected fringe images to achieve error correction, enhancing measurement efficiency while ensuring measurement accuracy. |
