      为研究聚乙烯醇(PVA)纤维对磷酸镁胶凝材料(MPC)力学性能的影响,采用数字图像相关技术(DIC),分析了不同养护龄期下、不同掺量的PVA纤维改性MPC试件的抗压、抗折和拉伸性能。结果发现,掺入PVA纤维能够显著增强MPC试件的力学性能,使其承载能力和塑性变形能力增强,从而降低了应变、减轻了应力集中、改善了脆性破坏、抑制了裂纹扩展。主要原因是随着掺入纤维含量的增加,掺入纤维通过缠结、弯曲和桥接效应,以及水化产物的积累,提高了MPC试件的抗裂性、能量吸收和应力传递,从而增强了MPC基复合材料。

      In order to study the influence of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) fibers on the mechanical properties of magnesium phosphate cementitious material (MPC), digital image correlation (DIC) technology was adopted to analyze the compressive, flexural and tensile properties of MPC specimens modified with PVA fibers at different dosages under different curing ages. The results showed that the incorporation of PVA fibers could significantly enhance the mechanical properties of MPC specimens, improving their bearing capacity and plastic deformation ability. As a result, the strain was reduced, the stress concentration was alleviated, the brittle failure was improved, and the crack propagation was inhibited. The main reason is that with the increase of the content of the incorporated fibers, the incorporated fibers, through the entanglement, bending and bridging effects, as well as the accumulation of hydration products, improve the crack resistance, energy absorption and stress transfer of the MPC specimens, thereby enhancing the MPC-based composite materials.
