| Statistics, as a science has a simple and clear, and at the some time, importantexpression of its fundamental concept; it has a unequirocal intension, and a plentifulextension. Not knowing how to grasp the essence of its concept, has become difficulty in thestudy of this subject, and the key of overcoming this difficulty is to explore and discriminatethe special property and condition of the concept. |
