      利用 XRD、TMS-GLC(三甲基硅烷化)等方法,对 C3S-CaSO4·2H2O-H2O、C3S-CaSO4-H2O、C2S-CaSO4·2H2O-H2O、C2S-CaSO4-H2O 四个系统的水化过程进行了研究,测定了结合水生成量、Ca(OH)2生成量、[SiO4]四面体聚合度及浆体的强度。结果表明:适量的煅烧石膏或二水石膏均能促进 C3S 和 C2S 的水化,但两类石膏的促进效果相近;指出了同二水石膏相比,煅烧石膏提高硅酸盐水泥强度机理的研究,应从它对水泥中铝酸盐矿物的水化和浆体结构形成过程的影响方面进行。
英文摘要:
      By experimental methods of XRD,TMS-GLC,determination of chemically combined water,Ca(OH)2 content, [SiO4] polymerization degree,SO3 bound content and paste strength,the hydrating process of C3S-CaSO4·2H2O-H2O, C3S-CaSO4-H2O,C2S-CaSO4·2H2O-H2O,C2S-CaSO4-H2O four systems is researched.The research shows that gupsum and burnt gypsum can always accelerate the hydrating process of C3S and C2S,and their active action on the hydration of calcium silicates is similar.The resulte also indicate that investigating on strengthened action of burnt gupsum on Portland Cement should be concentrated on the effect of burnt gupsum on the hydrating process of aluminate and a paste structure forming process.
