| Currently.the system of financial management about high-institute rather adapted to rapidly develop the circumstance of teaching and education’s reformation.The financial management of high-institute must be gone on to aim at advancing the interest of institute,going on wheels all kinds of economical activily in the institute,putting teeth into the bases work of treasurer,which made it institutionally,standardize and scientifically of financial management. |
