| 采用微机自动控制分析程序,高速分析钢铁中硅、锰、磷三元素。钢铁试样经机内溶解后,利用气动原理,进行提液、分液、钽丝加热、发色、光电比色,完成程序自动化。再经光电转换,自动数显吸光度,并绘制打印工作检量线。单样测定在4 min 内完成,方法准确度高,精密度好。 |

| This paper adopts computer-auto-tontrol analysis program to analyze silicon,manganese.phosphorus in iron and steel sample rapidly.Extracting.detracting,showing color and comparing color can be finished step by step by air -moving principle after the sample is dissolved in the analyzer.Absorbing-light degree and concentration can be digitally showed rapidly by auto-light-electricity-changing,then the working-line can be printed automatically. This kind of method may be finished within 4 minutes with high rightness and accuracy. |
