| The technique about dynamic VCD image-capture and image-save is to be evaluated here,the short-comings of image-capture software are overcomed,it is well-known that the software can’t capture dynamic image and has low resolution ratio.In addition a simple solution for image-process with filters of PHOTOSHOP5.0 is also analyzed. |
