| In the teaching of non-major college English for underdeveloped students in ordinary colleges and universities,great importance should be attached not only to providing students with aptitude-based teaching and remedy for their basic lagnuage deficiency,but also to the application of various means in amusing students’enthusiasm for study,recommending efficient approaches to their curricula,tap- ping their learning potentialities,and intensifying practical training in well-arranged language surroundings as well,so that the teaching objectives and tasks stipulated in the College English Syllabus could be successfully accomplished. |
