| Discipline building is one of the key issues in the development of institutions of higher learning. In a newly- established institute like ours, discipline building is particularly pressing important and heavy. Based on the analysis of the current state of discipline building in our institute and the successful experience of other colleges and universities, this paper suggests some strategies to deal with the issue. |
