      数控加工作为一种先进的加工方法,被广泛应用于各行各业,其应用的经济效益与社会效益十分明显.但若某些因素控制不当,仍会影响数控机床的应用效率.针对数控车床在加工曲轴的生产过程中产生的误差,分析了刀具圆弧半径对零件加工精度的影响及采取的相应措施.
英文摘要:
      Numerically controlled processing is an advanced processing method, it has been used in various industries.however,If some factors are not controlled accurately,the economical and social effect will be influenced. The problems and solution methods on error of crankshaft are discussed in this paper.
