      在实验生态条件下,研究了温度对不同个体大小扁玉螺耗氧率和排氨率的影响.实验结果表明,在实验温度(10~35℃)条件下,扁玉螺的个体耗氧率(R'0)[mg/个@h]和个体排氨率(R'N)[mg/个@h]与软体部干重(W)呈正相关,而耗氧率(R0)[mg/g@h]、排氨率(RN)[mg/g@h]与软体部干重呈负相关,二者之间均可用幂函数表示;扁玉螺的耗氧率和排氨率均随温度的升高而增加,但超过30℃后,耗氧率则下降,耗氧率(R0)、排氨率(RN)与温度之间呈明显的指数函数关系.不同规格扁玉螺的耗氧率和排氨率的比值(原子数O:N)在20℃时最大.方差分析表明,温度、软体部干重对扁玉螺的耗氧率和排氨率有极显著的影响(P<P0.01).

      The effects of temperature on oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Neverita didyma were studied in laboratory. The results showed that the oxygen consumption( R′O )[mg/个·h]and ammonia excretion( R′N )[mg/个·h] of Neverita didyma increased but the oxygen consumption rate( RO )[mg/g·h] and ammonia excretion rate ( RN )[mg/g·h] decreased with its increasing dry weight of soft tissue ( W )[g]. The relationship between body weight and R′O or R′N could be described as a power function, R′O=aw b or R′N=cw d. The oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of Neverita didyma increased with water temperature rising but the oxygen consumption rate decreased while surpassing 30℃. The relationship between water temperature and Ro or RN could be represented by Ro=r1e r2x or RN=q1e q2x. The ratio (atomicity O:N ) between RO and RN was highest at 20 ℃. ANOV showed that the RO and RN were significantly affected by water temperature and dry weight of soft tissue.
