      用冷原子吸收法测定了市售15种93份蔬菜不同部位的汞含量,其中有6份样品中的汞含量超过国家标准GB2762-94,超标率为6.45%.但15种蔬菜中汞的平均含量为0.005459 mg/kg,低于国家标准限值.各类蔬菜中汞含量大小依次为茎叶类>根茎类>瓜豆类>瓜果类.通过测量同种蔬菜不同部位之间汞含量发现,辣椒籽中汞含量是辣椒肉中汞含量的2.33倍.
英文摘要:
      Mercury content in 93 vegetable samples of 15 kinds in Yancheng city were determined by cold-atom absorption method,of which 6 samples exceeded the State Standard Value(GB2762-94) with excess ratio 6.45%. The results showed however, the average Hg content of the 15 kinds of vegetables was 0.005459 mg/kg, which is below the permitted value in GB2762-94, and the order of Hg content in all the present vegetables is: category of stem and leaf > root and stem > melon and bean > melon and fruit. It was also found that the Hg content in capsicum seeds was as 2.33 times as that in capsicum body.
