| Using OPNET a general framework is developed to test Mobile Ad Hoc Network(MANET)routing efficiency for different Medium Access Control(MAC)layers,network layers,and nodal mobilities.With this hierarchical integrated framework,it is possible to design different nodal mobility models,media access methods,and routing schemes,to compare end-to-end statistics(end-to-end delay,throughput and efficiency),and to select the most efficient and suitable solution. |
