| In this paper,the characteristics of micro total analysis systems(μ-TAS) were introduced.Miniaturized Total Analysis System (μ-TAS) is the science and technology of systems that integrate sample preparation,reaction,separation and detection onto a microchip for different purposes.We cast back the development process of the research field μ-TAS,presented the domestic and overseas research status quo,forecast the future. |
