      以硝酸锶、硝酸钡、钛酸四丁酯、氨水、柠檬酸为前驱体原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备超细Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3(BST)陶瓷粉体,详细研究了柠檬酸量、溶液pH值、分散剂、热处理温度对BST粉体粒径的影响.结果表明:通过控制前驱体溶液pH值可以得到均匀的溶胶.当溶液的pH值为7,分散剂含量为2.5 ml,热处理温度为800℃时,得到了性能较好的BST粉体.相比于传统工艺,热处理温度大大降低,粉体粒度分布较窄,平均粒径约为100 nm.

      Ultra-fine Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 ceramic powders were synthesized by sol-gel route,taken Ba(NO3)2,Sr(NO3)2,Ti(OC4H9)4,ammonia water and citric acid as raw materials.The citrate acid volume,pH value,dispersant(glycol) and calcination temperature strongly influencing on the particle distribution of BST powders were investigated in detail.The results show that uniform sol was obtained by adjusting pH value.When the pH value of the solution is about 7,the volume of dispersant is 2.5 ml single-phase Ba0.7Sr0.3TiO3 powders were prepared after the dried gel was calcined at 800 ℃ which is much lower than that by the conventional solid-state reaction method.The average size is about 100 nm,which has a narrow distribution.
