| The neutral phytase is a green environment protection enzyme used in animal feed.The microbiology sources,properties,characteristic in sequence and structure and protein engineering in thermostability were reviewed in this paper.This paper will provide the important information for the improvement of the activity and thermostability of neutral phytase. |
