      以自动涂胶机的液压系统为研究对象,采用电液比例溢流阀控制系统压力,从而得到稳定的出胶量。建立了液压传动系统的数学模型,利用Simulink进行仿真,然后用PID控制器对系统进行性能调整,最终使系统的稳定性和响应速度得到改善。
英文摘要:
      Taking the hydraulic system of gluing machine as the research object,the Electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve is used to control the pressure of hydraulic system in order to get a stable volume of the plastic.The mathematical model of hydraulic transmission system is established.By using simulink to simulation,and by using PID controller on performance adjustment of the system,high stability and fast response of the system is obtained.
