| MBD技术是数字化制造领域的新趋势,在剖析MBD技术和零件制造工艺过程的基础上,结合实例研究了汽车零件制造模型的PMI构成,PMI在三维实体模型中的表达,以及零件制造过程模型的构成特点.提出了零件制造模型的PMI定义和工序模型框架,为汽车零件基于MBD技术的数字化制造提供了解决思路.MBD技术的应用,将改变传统的生产体系,实现数字化技术由汽车零部件设计向制造过程的延伸. |

| MBD is a new trend in the field of digital manufacturing technology.Based on MBD technology and part manufacturing process,the PMI information composition,expression in three-dimensional digital model,and the composition features of part manufacturing model was studied.The PMI definition of part manufacturing model and the framework of manufacturing procedure model were constructed.This framework provides a solution for automobile part digital manufacturing.MBD technology will change the traditional production system and extend application of digital technology from design to manufacturing process. |
