| In methods of gear machining, hobbing is widely applied. Hobs occupy an important place in construction machinery gears. It takes a long time to produce gear hobs. According to the mode of conventional customization special hobs, it is possible to have a problem of high cost and long time. Therefore, taking engineering machinery final drive mating gear as an example, this paper discusses the application of dynamic simulation in replacement gear hobs for a new type of gear shaft. It provides a guideline to accelerate the development of new products for the company. |
