      为更好地实现货车轮轴的定期检测,设计了基于ARM处理器和现场可编程门阵列 FPGA的多通道超声波探伤仪。该仪器采用标准C语言编制应用程序软件,其显著特点是数据存储量大、操作简单、流程清晰,用户只需根据仪器界面提示选择相应操作,程序便自动测试并显示测试结果。货车轮轴探伤检测结果表明,仪器对货车轮轴上的缺陷能够准确地进行定位和定量。
英文摘要:
      A multi-channel ultrasonic flaw detector based on ARM processor and field programmable gate array(FPGA)was designed to realize the periodic inspection of truck wheel axle. The instrument uses the standard C language to compile application software. Its notable characteristics are large data storage, simple operation and clear process. The user only needs to select the corresponding operation according to the interface hint, and the program will automatically test and display the test results. The test results of the flaw detection for the truck wheel axle show that the instrument can accurately locate and quantify the defects on the truck wheel axle.
