对0Cr32Ni7Mo3N双相不锈钢进行了1 180℃~1 220℃的固溶处理。采用XRD、OM、EDS及电化学工作站研究了固溶温度对材料的显微组织和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随固溶温度的升高,γ相含量逐渐降低,Cr、Mo和Ni在两相中的分布趋于均匀;Cr和Mo在两相的分配系数KCr和KMo对材料的耐蚀性起主导作用,KCr和KMo随温度的升高逐渐减小,材料的耐蚀性下降。 |

0Cr32Ni7Mo3N duplex stainless steel was treated at 1 800 ℃~1 220 ℃, and effects of solution temperature on microstructure and corrosion resistance were investigated by using XRD, OM, EDS and electrochemical workstation. The results show that, with the solution temperature increasing, γ phase content gradually reduce, the distribution of Cr、Mo and Ni in two phase tend to be more uniform. The distribution coefficient of Cr(KCr)and Mo(KMo)plays a leading role on corrosion resistance. KCr and KMo gradually decrease with the increase of solution temperature, corrosion resistance can be reduced. |
