| 危房改造工作是脱贫攻坚战的一项重要工作，村镇房屋在结构形式上存在多样性，鉴定工作存在偏差。使用检测设备进行大量的房屋鉴定工作，成本较高。提出使用模糊层次分析法，用科学的方法对村镇房屋进行安全鉴定，对既有房屋安全状况进行合理的判断，为房屋安全管理和决策提供依据。 |

| Reconstruction of dilapidated houses is an important work in the battle of poverty alleviation. There is diversity in the structural form of houses in villages and towns, and there is deviation in the appraisal work. The use of testing equipment for a large number of housing identification work is costly. This paper proposes to use fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(fahp)to appraise the safety of houses in villages and towns with scientific methods. The reasonable judgment on the safety condition of the existing house is made, and a basis for house safety management and decision-making is provided. |
